Function description / Purpose As a Senior Trainer Selling Capability you are the Subject Matter Expert around our client's offerings and Brand. You will use your training, facilitation and coaching skills to drive the performance of account managers (AM's), internal audiences, Trainers, FSF. You will be actively involved in the roll-out of different competency programs within your geographic area. You will coach your AM's and other audiences and help them to act as sales coaches. In addition, you?ll deliver training directly to our client?s Key Partners, and potentially other audiences.
